  • 240g all-purpose flour
  • 300g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda

  • Zest and juice of 3 lemons
  • 180ml buttermilk
  • For the drizzle: 100g granulated sugar, juice of 2 lemons
